• What payment methods do you accept?

    The following payment methods are accepted:

    PayPal
    If you are located outside Japan, please select PayPal as your payment option. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still complete the payment through PayPal as a guest using any of these credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, and UnionPay.

    Credit Card
    The following credit cards are accepted directly: American Express, Diners, and JCB.

    Payment Methods Exclusive To Japan
    Customers located in Japan can opt to pay via convenience store payment, Paidy, PayPay Balance, bank transfer, carrier payment, and Rakuten Pay.

  • Can I pay in my local currency?

    Yes. All prices on this website are listed in Japanese yen. Your payment will be automatically converted into your local currency by your payment processor, using the current exchange rate. Please be aware that currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment processor. For more information, please contact your payment processor.

  • Can I reschedule / cancel my in-person reading?

    Rescheduling
    You can reschedule the appointment for your in-person reading, provided you give a minimum of 48 hours' notice via email or my online store's contact form.

    Cancelations
    I do not accept appointment cancellations. Please note that if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the reading. A no-show may also result in the refusal of future bookings and services.

    Arriving Late
    If you arrive late to your appointment, the missed time will be deducted from the remaining time of your appointment, and you will still be charged for the full rate of the reading. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reading fee. This may also result in the refusal of future bookings and services.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    No. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you're unsure about getting a reading, service, or product from me, please consider holding off on placing an order. You might discover that this isn't what you truly need, or that a different Tarot reader would be a better fit for you. Whenever you find a reading or product here that fully resonates with you, feel free to make a purchase.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    No. All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds.

  • Where do in-person readings take place?

    In-person readings are held in public co-working spaces or cafes in East Tokyo (near Ueno station). I will email you the directions once your appointment date and payment have been confirmed. Please note that depending on the venue, it may be necessary to purchase a beverage at your own expense.

  • What kind of questions can I ask for my Tarot reading?

    You can ask a specific question, outline a situation, or just provide a general context for your reading. The more information you provide, the more comprehensive your reading will be. Kindly avoid asking closed questions with simple "yes or no" answers. An open-ended question will allow for a more thorough exploration of your topic. Please note that for ethical reasons, I do not answer questions about other people, or questions related to health, pregnancy, legal and financial matters.

  • What are written Tarot readings?

    Written Tarot readings are readings in script format, delivered to you via email. The reading will include a written interpretation of your cards, as well as a photo of your cards. You will receive your reading as a PDF file, which can be downloaded and copied onto other devices, or printed on A4-sized paper at your convenience.

  • When will I receive my written Tarot reading?

    Your reading will be sent to you within 5 business days of receiving your payment. However, please keep in mind that I am located in Japan, which may cause a delay due to different time zones. Please note that Japan Standard Time (GMT+9) applies, as well as Japanese national holidays. If you need your reading sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

  • I received a reading from you and have another question. Can you just quickly answer my question?

    No, I do not answer any additional questions. If you have a follow-up question about your reading or would like to dive deeper into a specific aspect, please purchase or book another reading. Thank you for your understanding.
